Instructions
- For cold therapy, freeze for 2 hours max or chill in the fridge until desired temperature is reached.
- For heat therapy, microwave for 10 seconds making sure the gel beads are evenly distributed.
- Carefully check the temperature and continue heating the mask in 5 second intervals as needed.
Tips
- Do not leave unattended while heating the mask.
- Do not apply frozen of hot gel directly onto the skin! Use plush cover and always test temperature on the back of your hand prior to use.
- Do not use for extended periods of time exceeding 20 minutes or more.
